Lazatin pushes for drug-free workplace

EMPLOYEES of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in Angeles City were subjected to surprise drug testing as Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. pushes for a drug-free workplace.

The random drug test among the 291 employees was part of the city government's effort against illegal drugs, especially among city hall personnel.
