2 coconut facilities to rise in Misamis

FARMERS are set to benefit from the two shared processing facilities (SPF) for coconut worth P76.9 million to be built in Misamis Oriental under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP).

The Department of Agriculture-Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (DA-PHilMech) will lead the establishment of the SPFs for qualified farmers' cooperatives and associations (FCAs).
