IPOPHL Director General Rowel Barba said that this is an opportunity to produce an effective IP system worldwide that will empower the public to enhance their products and services.
"Since collaboration between partners is key to achieving an effective IP system, IPOPHL continues to actively engage with key stakeholders, including international institutions such as the Asean, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation and World Intellectual Property Organization," Barba said in a report released on Wednesday.
