UNITED Airlines on Wednesday announced it would start a new daily nonstop service from Manila to San Francisco starting October 30 this year, competing with flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL).
The new flight, which will be subject to government approval, will be United's first-ever trans-Pacific service from Manila since the airline started Manila operations in 1982.
