Emperador unit expands Scotland whisky complex

EMPERADOR Inc., through subsidiary Whyte and Mackay Ltd., is expanding its Scotland distillery in response to growing demand for whisky worldwide.

In a statement on Wednesday, Emperador said that Whyte and Mackay would double the size of its whisky maturation complex at Invergordon Distillery from 45.4 hectares to 92 hectares.
