Bacolod mayor plans to relocate south terminal

BACOLOD CITY: Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Abelardo 'Albee' Benitez is planning to transfer the South Terminal to Barangay Sum-ag to decongest traffic in the southern part of the city.

'We are looking for a seven-hectare property for the terminal,' said Benitez. 'The construction of the new terminal will be open to a public-private partnership.'
