(UPDATE) HONG Kong authorities saw "no foul play" in the death of a Filipino worker whose body was found floating on a pier there, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said Tuesday.
DFA Assistant Secretary Paul Cortes made the remark during the Laging Handa briefing when asked whether there was something foul in the death of the overseas Filipino worker (OFW).
