ABOITIZ Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV) has filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue fixed-rate retail bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to P17.45 billion, inclusive of oversubscription.
In a disclosure to the stock exchange on Tuesday, AEV said that the 2023 bonds would comprise the second tranche of a P30-billion shelf registered debt securities program made effective by the SEC last November.
