LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: Typhoon "Dodong" left two persons dead and displaced 103 families in three western Pangasinan towns and Alaminos City as it moved away from the country through the West Philippine Sea on Sunday.
According to a report of the Police Regional Office 1, a 23-year-old call center agent from Santa Rosa, Laguna drowned in the waters off Barangay Ilog-Malino in Bolinao town at about 4:30 p.m. on July 16.
