THE Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Learning Delivery, conducts the 2023 National Festival of Talents (NFOT) in Region 10 (Northern Mindanao) from July 17 to 21, 2023, with the theme "Reinforcing 21st Century Learning and Fostering Creative Industries through Talents and Skills Exhibition."
The opening ceremony drew nearly 5000 delegates from throughout the country, including teachers and students from 16 regions, since it also coincided with the National Schools Press Conference.
