COMMISSION on Elections (Comelec) Chairman George Erwin Garcia on Monday vowed full transparency, accountability and inclusivity in its procurement process, saying that Comelec is not all about elections.

'We think that Comelec is all just about elections. We should remember that half of the preparations of Comelec is about the problem of supplies. We admit that Comelec will not be able to do its job properly without you. You are our partners when we hold elections in the country, ' Garcia said in his speech during the Comelec Procurement Summit attended by suppliers and contractors.
