THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that the low pressure area (LPA) embedded along the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring "significant amounts of rain in the next three days in parts of Mindanao.
Pagasa in its advisory said the LPA was last spotted some 890 kilometers east of northeastern Mindanao.
