SUZUKI Motorcycles Philippines officially launched its much-awaited models — the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE and the Suzuki GSX-8S — two different motorcycles powered by the Japanese manufacturer's newly developed engine, the V-Strom 800DE and GSX-8S feature Suzuki's new parallel twin DOHC engine.

Highlight of the Suzuki's Power of 800 range is the newly developed 776-cc parallel twin engine that the brand is proud of because it is compact, lightweight and operates smoothly — thanks to the Suzuki Cross Balancer technology. The 800-cc mill has the new proprietary biaxial primary balancer that positions two balancers at 90-degree to the crankshaft. This is the first time that Suzuki utilized the technology on production motorcycle models.
