HONDA has launched the new 2024 Brio and City models in the Philippines, both equipped with improved looks and new tech features. The Brio aims to add sportiness to the small hatchback segment, while the City raises the bar in the subcompact sedan segment with cutting-edge advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) known as Honda Sensing.
Starting with the Brio, the update primarily focuses on aesthetics. Mechanically, it retains the 1.2-liter four-cylinder i-VTEC gasoline engine, making it the only small hatchback with a four-cylinder engine in its segment. The engine produces 89 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque, and it is paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission for the 1.2 S variant or a continuously variable transmission (CVT) for other variants.
