HANOI: Vietnam's fiscal revenue reached 876 trillion Vietnamese dong ($36.8 billion) and expenditure of 805 trillion dong ($33.8 billion) in the first half of this year, according to its Ministry of Finance.
Fiscal revenue in the first half of the year reached 54 percent of the annual target, whereas the fiscal expenditure was 38.8 percent, the local newspaper Vietnam News reported on Friday, citing the ministry.
