THE low pressure area (LPA) spotted off Mindanao has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said on Monday.

Weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said the LPA was last spotted some 925 kilometers east of northeastern Mindanao.
