A LISTED firm is planning to launch a real estate investment trust (REIT) in the second half of this year, Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) President and CEO Ramon Monzon said last week.
Monzon told reporters the company would be business tycoon Lucio Co's holding firm, Cosco Capital Inc. (Cosco).
