Peaceful resolution to sea dispute pushed

SEN. Christopher Lawrence 'Bong' Go called for a peaceful and diplomatic solution to the escalating tension in the West Philippine Sea but stressed that 'what is ours, is ours; we have to fight for it.'

Go, vice chairman of the Senate Committee on National Defense, issued the statement as Chinese ships continue to swarm territories claimed by the Philippines, as they fall within its exclusive economic zone (EEZ).
