MOTORISTS and commuters in Pasig City are advised to expect heavy traffic on Sunday morning as roads will either be closed or jammed with vehicles participating in a motorcade to mark National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week.
An advisory posted on the social media account of the Pasig City Public Information Office said the motorcade will be from 6 a.m. onwards.
