'Dodong' out but another LPA likely – Pagasa

Cloud clusters forming outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) could develop into another low pressure area (LPA), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday, hours after Tropical Depression 'Dodong' blew out.

Weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said they are closely monitoring the cloud formations in the eastern section of Mindanao.
