Quezon Province subdues Pasay City in MPBL

Quezon Province leaned on a long scoring binge and a tight defense to trounce Pasay, 64-49, on Saturday in the OKBet-Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) Season 5 at the Bataan People's Center in Balanga City.

Trailing by five at the start of the second quarter, the Quezon Huskers suddenly turned hot, bunching 24 points, the last 11 by RJ Minerva, to pull away at 35-16 and never looked back.
