ALL storm signals have been lifted even as Tropical Depression "Dodong" maintained its strength while hovering over the West Philippine Sea, west of the Ilocos region, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration said on Saturday.
In its 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa said the eye of Dodong is estimated at 270 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, moving westward, with maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 70kph.
