LUNA, Apayao: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has cancelled his visit to the province due to the bad weather, Malacañang said Tuesday.
Marcos was scheduled to arrive in Luna, Apayao at 9 a.m on Saturday, but the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) informed reporters that his trip would not push through.
