TO boost the textile industry in Northern Philippines, the Isabela State University (ISU)-Ilagan City Campus is housing the Regional Yarn Center Production and Innovation Center (RYPIC)-Isabela.
The recently launched RYPIC-Isabela is the second center after the first was established in Miag-ao in Iloilo province. The center aims to harness local-based fiber production by local and Indigenous weavers, vitalizing both culture and commerce within the textile industry.
