MANGALDAN, Pangasinan: Senior high school graduates belonging to a batch of 1,092 students from Mangaldan National High School on July 12, 2023, posted remarks of their morale being boosted on their social media accounts after Vice President and concurrent Education Secretary Sarah Duterte attended their commencement rites.
