International seaport to rise in Pangasinan

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: After accepting an offer from a giant conglomerate to build Pangasinan's east to west expressway, Gov. Ramon Guico 3rd on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, met with a group of consultants who wanted to develop an international seaport in Sual town.

In his presentation at the Urduja House here, Juancho Vila, an engineer and the group's leader, said there is an urgent need to construct a new international seaport north of Manila because the Manila International Container Terminal there is now congested.
