BACOLOD CITY: Negros Occidental: Eight employees of the Silay City government tested positive for illegal drugs this week.
In a report, the Silay City police said 99 traffic enforcers and 150 city government employees underwent a surprise drug testing on Monday and Tuesday, respectively.
