SC junks petitions vs Covid directives

(UPDATE) THE Supreme Court has dismissed several petitions questioning the constitutionality of regulations issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), local government units (LGUs) and government agencies in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a unanimous decision last July 11, the court en banc dismissed the petitions which have been consolidated.
