(UPDATE) A FRENCH company has offered to supply the Philippine Navy with submarines and help the country develop its submarine force.
The Naval Group, a major French industrial company specializing in naval defense design, development and construction, made its first technical and financial offer to help the Navy establish a submarine force by opening its offices in Makati on Wednesday.
