PH growth to be one of the fastest in region

EMERGING market economies in Asia, the Philippines among them, are poised for strong growth as inflation pressures have started easing, S&P Global Ratings said on Thursday.

'There are two key things that are driving growth [in Asian emerging economies],' said Christopher Lee, S&P managing director and chief analytics officer for Asia-Pacific, during the debt watcher's 2023 Global Emerging Markets Conference.
