VP graces graduation rites in Nueva Vizcaya

DUPAX DEL SUR, Nueva Vizcaya: 'Don't be afraid to fail.' This was the gist of Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte's message to the 110 junior high school completers and senior high school graduates at Ganao National High School in this municipality on Wednesday.

Duterte also noted that young people, regardless of their state in life, have great potential to succeed in life and be part of the development of their communities.
