DMW to launch digital OEC

THE Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) will start its modernization program with the forthcoming launch of a digital app that contains the Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) Pass.

Once officially activated, the OFW Pass will serve as an alternative digital and secure version of the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
