PRAGUE: Czech-French author Milan Kundera, who wrote the "The Unbearable Lightness of Being," died at the age of 94, the library named after him announced on Wednesday.
"Unfortunately, I can confirm that Mr. Milan Kundera passed away yesterday (Tuesday) after a prolonged illness," Anna Mrazova, spokesman for the Milan Kundera Library in his native city of Brno in the southern Czech Republic, told Agence France-Presse (AFP).
