A CORDILLERA-BASED federation condemned the Anti-Terrorist Council's (ATC) designation of four of its leaders on Monday.
In a social media statement on Monday night, the Cordillera Peoples' Alliance (CPA), which is an independent federation of "grassroots-based organizations" among indigenous Cordillera communities has condemned the ATC's terrorist designation against its leaders, Windel Bolinget, Jen Awingan, Sarah Abellon-Alikes, and Steve Tauli.
