THE Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) on Tuesday said it submitted to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. its planned action to arrest the exodus of nurses, including lifting the moratorium on new nursing programs.

CHEd Chairman J. Prospero de Vera 3rd said the agency crafted long-term, medium-term and immediate strategies to improve the nursing curriculum and entice nurses to remain in the country.
