THE Philippine Embassy in Cairo, Egypt on Wednesday strongly reiterated its call for all Filipinos in Sudan to leave the country "immediately" to ensure their safety.
The embassy, which has jurisdiction over Sudan, made the appeal as United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned that Sudan is on the brink of a "full-scale civil war" that could destabilize the region.
