AN animal rights group is filing a case against a dismissed mall security guard who threw a puppy from a footbridge in Quezon City on Tuesday.
In a social media statement on Wednesday, the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) has condemned the acts of the security guard and has gotten in touch with witnesses to file charges against the guard.
