TRADE Secretary Alfredo Pascual remains upbeat that investments will increase given declining inflation, despite central bank data showed a contraction in April.
"FDI (foreign direct investment) flows can be affected by inflation, particularly, inflation expectations," he told reporters on Tuesday.
