Pascual: EU-PH free trade talks to resume

FREE trade agreement (FTA) talks between the European Union and the Philippines are set to resume this year, Trade Secretary Alfredo Pascual said.

Pascual, who recently returned from a trip to Europe, told reporters on Monday that scoping discussions would begin this year after talks stalled about five or six years ago.
