BEIJING: China has seen mild inflation so far this year, with the average consumer price index (CPI) from January to June increasing by 0.7 percent, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Monday.

The country's CPI came in flat in June compared to last year's period. The figure was lower than the 0.2-percent increase in May.
