A low pressure area (LPA) has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and its trough is affecting Bicol and Samar, the state-run weather agency said on Tuesday.
In a 4 p.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the weather disturbance was last spotted past 3 p.m. some 575 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes.
