As a child, architect Michael T. Ang was drawn to the beauty of nature. He enjoyed puttering around in his garden, even growing plants when the desire hit. As a teen, Ang regarded gardening as just a hobby. It wasn't until his senior year in high school that he started to get interested in it as a jump-off point to architecture.
