BAGUIO CITY: Department of Agriculture Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban complimented the officials and employees of DA-Regional Field Office Cordillera for asserting changes to strengthen the food value chain in the region.

In his message during the 35th Founding Anniversary of the DA-CAR that was read by DA Assistant Secretary for Administration Jane Bacayo, Panganiban pointed out the positive effects that the regional field office and food logistics undertook in improving the income of farmers and farmers' cooperatives and associations.
