INTERIOR and Local Government Secretary Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. gave assurances that justice will be served in the killing of Negros Oriental Gov. Roel Degamo despite the retraction by some of the suspects of their testimonies.
Abalos gave the assurance in front of local government officials, officials of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and other sectors in Negros Oriental during his visit to Negros Oriental over the weekend.
