Second Secretary Nishimura Tokiko represented the Embassy of Japan in the ceremonial turnover of barangay health station (BHS) in Paracelis, Mountain Province on June 27.
The event was also attended by Paracelis Mayor Marcos Ayangwa and other key local government officials. Approved in 2019, the project is part of Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA) through the Grant Assistance for Grass-roots Human Security Projects (GGP).
