SEAMEO INNOTECH opens the month of July with the unveiling of its own art space, the White Room Gallery. Accompanying this opening is its inaugural exhibit titled "UGMA: Ugnayan ng Sining at Teknolohiya," which features the collective Innotech 13 Artists.
