DoLE reinforces child labor reporting system

TO strengthen the child labor reporting system in the country, the Labor department inked an agreement with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to launch the Makabata Helpline.

Makabata, which stands for 'MA-halin at KA-lingain ating mga BATA,' aims to ensure that the various needs of children and their families are addressed through an efficient referral system and delivery of service.
