THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) and the city government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike Revilla, hosted the highl y anticipated First Command Conference on Bacoor Plebiscite Preparations.
The conference took place on July 4, 2023, at the Fynn Boutique Hotel in Bacoor, Cavite.
