Over 20,000 policemen to secure President's SONA

(UPDATE) AROUND 22,000 security and law enforcement personnel will be deployed to secure not only the Batasang Pambansa complex, where President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will deliver his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 24, but other critical areas in Metro Manila as well.

At least 31 entry and exit points will also be set up throughout the metropolis as the Philippine National Police (PNP) activates Task Force Manila Shield.
