Crypto needs a paradigm shift

IN a study, 96 percent of Filipinos said that they've heard about crypto. This is the highest score of the 15 countries surveyed in a recent YouGov global survey commissioned by Consensys.

But crypto has a perception problem. Filipinos either don't understand what they are, or they see them as too complex and intimidating. About 48 percent of respondents in the Philippines felt they didn't understand what cryptocurrencies were, and only 8 percent of them understood the concept of 'web3.'
